Step 1: Application via the website
Simply complete our valuation tool on our website. We'll ask you to upload information about your kitchen, your details, and a few good photos of it.

Step 2: Assessment of your application
Once we receive your request, our used kitchen specialist will carefully review all the information. She will assess the condition, quality, and appearance of your kitchen, among other things, and then make a decision.

This can have three possible outcomes:

  • We buy your kitchen and dismantle it for an agreed price.
  • We will dismantle your kitchen for free and take it away free of charge.
  • We reject your application.

Therefore, we can never ask you to pay for the dismantling of your kitchen.

Step 3: Completion and appointment
If we agree, we'll schedule a date with you to dismantle the kitchen. You'll then receive a purchase agreement from us, which we'll both sign, ensuring all agreements are clear and binding.

Step 4: Disassembly and payment
On the agreed-upon date, we'll carefully disassemble the kitchen. If applicable, you'll receive immediate payment via Tikkie.

Step 5: Auction or sale via website
Finally, we transport the kitchen to our warehouse. Here, your kitchen gets a second life by offering it through our online auction or selling it directly through our website.
