Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Are the kitchens complete including appliances?
What's included in a kitchen varies by model. For each kitchen, we clearly list which components are included, such as appliances, countertops, and cabinets. This way, you always know exactly what to expect.
Are the kitchens complete with accessories?
Our kitchens do not include accessories. Sometimes, however, bar stools are included. If this is the case, it will always be stated in the description.
Are the kitchens available for immediate delivery?
Our pre-owned kitchens are available immediately. Showroom kitchens, on the other hand, sometimes have a short waiting time. The week of availability for each kitchen is clearly indicated.
Is your schedule not quite working out? Feel free to contact us. In many cases, storage is possible, and sometimes a kitchen can even be delivered earlier.
Can I view a kitchen?
You can view most showroom kitchens in person. Want to know where a specific kitchen is displayed? Feel free to contact us.
Our second-hand kitchens have already been carefully dismantled and are therefore only visible on pallets.
How do I know what condition the kitchen is in?
We describe the condition of each kitchen as honestly as possible. Any signs of wear are noted and, where necessary, shown with photos. For questions, please feel free to contact customer service .
Is a down payment possible?
Because our offer is very varied, we cannot simply reserve a kitchen.
This can be done with a 30% deposit. In case of cancellation, 75% of the deposit will be credited.
Can I have a kitchen installed?
We offer various service packages for showroom kitchens, including professional installation. You choose the level of support you want: from delivery only to full installation.
This is different with our second-hand kitchens: you can choose between collection or delivery, but assembly is not possible.

How can I sell my kitchen through you?
You start by completing the valuation form . Based on that, we'll make a proposal. If you agree, we'll take care of the rest.
What happens after I agree to the price?
We'll schedule a disassembly appointment. Our technicians will professionally disassemble the kitchen and ensure a neat delivery.
Does it cost money to have my kitchen picked up?
No, offering your kitchen never costs you any money!
Depending on the condition of the kitchen, we will make a suitable offer.
Sometimes we come and dismantle and remove the kitchen for free, at no cost to you.
Where is my kitchen offered?
Depending on the condition and style, your kitchen will appear on our website or will be auctioned through one of our auction partners.

Do you also offer transport only, without assembly?
Yes, you can choose from various service packages . From self-disassembly to full installation, you decide what you need.
What if something is missing or damaged upon delivery?
We inspect every kitchen beforehand. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We always work to find a suitable solution.
Can I cancel or return my purchase?
Because these are unique, used kitchens, returns are usually not possible. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the description and photos. Do you have any questions or concerns? Feel free to contact us; we're happy to help you make the right choice.
Do I have a warranty on the kitchen?
Showroom kitchens often still have a manufacturer's warranty on the built-in appliances.
Please note that we don't offer any guarantees on either showroom kitchens or pre-owned kitchens. Therefore, always check carefully what's included and feel free to ask questions if you have any doubts.
