I am missing parts from my delivered (showroom) kitchen, what now?

Apologies, that is of course not the intention. Make sure you report within 24 hours by email so we can deliver the missing parts as soon as possible. Make sure you add your invoice number, order number or kitchen number.

What if my product was delivered damaged?

Of course, that can't be the intention. Make sure you report it within 24 hours byemail . Always include your order number, and preferably photos of damage. In the meantime, we will of course get to work on resolving this.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Onlinekeukenveiling only gives the statutory term factory warranty on new products. We do not give warranty on used kitchens, used equipment and showroom kitchens.

Report repair

Can I register my repair?

We do not offer the possibility of repair. If it concerns an appliance, you can look at the factory warranty. Onlinekeukenveiling mainly sells unique (showroom) kitchens, where in most cases no extra parts are available. Nevertheless, we always try to come up with a suitable solution.
