Please check carefully that you have entered the correct code. The code does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply a discount afterwards.
Can I use VVV vouchers?
No, at Onlinekeukenveiling we do not offer the option to exchange VVV vouchers.

You can pay with us using iDeal and Mister Cash (in Belgium)
Does Onlinekeukenveiling have a secure payment environment?
Definitely! As soon as you start paying, you will enter a secure internet environment. No one can watch because your connection is encrypted via an SSL connection.
Can I pay in cash?
Cash payment is not possible by default at Onlinekeukenveiling. We may be able to make an exception for you. Please contact us for this.
Can I pay afterwards at Onlinekeukenveiling?
At Onlinekeukenveiling we do not offer the option to pay afterwards.
Refunds
What if I haven't received a refund yet?

How do I receive my refund?
In order to be able to pay you back, we need your account number. We would like to receive this, together with your invoice and/or order number. Then we will ensure a prompt refund.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning an item?
A refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Payment failed or declined
Payment refused
Often the payment is refused by your bank because the amount of your purchase is higher than your spending limit for online purchases. Adjust your limit (temporarily) and after a few hours (usually 4 hours) you can still complete the payment.
I paid by iDeal, what should I do if I have not yet received an order confirmation?
It can sometimes take up to an hour, especially during busy periods, before the payment is fully processed and the order confirmation is sent. To be on the safe side, always check your spam filter or your spam box. It is possible that the order confirmation ended up there by mistake. If you still have not received a confirmation after an hour, check whether the amount has already been debited from your account and contact us, keeping your order number at hand.
If the amount has not been debited from your bank, the payment has failed. Please try to order the product again or contact us. We will be happy to help you.
Invoices
What if I haven't received my invoice yet?
Have you just placed your order? Then wait until it is processed. We will add the invoice in the attachment to the email with your confirmation. If you have not received it the next day, please contact us.
